Welcome to XTBDMA 5. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our smart data management application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Use of Service
You may use our Service only if you can form a binding contract with XTBDMA 5, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. The Service is not available to any users previously removed from the Service by XTBDMA 5.

In no event shall XTBDMA 5, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
